We are so very pleased to welcome you back to Alexis Hair Experts!
Based on the recent provincial announcement, we are excited to announce that our doors will be open for business starting July 1st!
The last three months have seen many changes in the way we all live our lives and we here at Alexis Hair experts understand that safety is on everyone’s mind. As a result, we have implemented a number of new rules in accordance with Toronto and Ontario Public Health guidelines.
We are by appointment only and we will not be accepting walk in clients. Our waiting area is temporarily blocked off at this time. All magazines, books and rugs have been removed from the salon.
When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you call us at 416-483-3339 and then wait outside or in your car until we are ready to have you in the salon. Please be patient with us if we are running late for your appointment; we have extra sanitizing and disinfecting to complete before and after each client.
When you enter the salon, you will be asked to sanitize your hands and we will be asking you a number of questions about your health. Should you exhibit any symptoms, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Face masks covering both your nose and your mouth are mandatory for the duration of your appointment. If you do not have a mask, you can purchase a disposable one for $1.00. As a result of our mask policy, we will not be offering beard and eyebrow service until further notice. Staff will be wearing masks or face shields as well.
Please limit the personal care items you bring into the salon. We ask you to not bring in any food or drinks.
Restrooms, again cleaned and sanitized, will be available for use. Please notify us if you have used them so we can sanitize them afterwards.
Our stations are enclosed and 6 feet apart. We will be sanitizing our stations and all surfaces thoroughly before and after each client. We will be using a washed sanitized cape for each client.
We will be happy to offer early morning service to any of our “at risk” clients to keep you safe. We will insure that only you and your stylist are present in the salon during your service.
